It's been brought to my attention that there has been discussions on the tribe about a certain meat-rabbit-breeder who has recently made the news. Those giant bunnies may be cute and cuddly-looking, but they are not companion rabbits. Since it turns out that I'm the moderator, I must point out that according the the spiel at the top about this tribe, it *implicitly* states that there is to be no discussion on breeding rabbits in this tribe, and although it may be in the public domain as a news-worthy article, it is still off topic and banned.
All further discussions about breeding rabbits, as with discussions on rabbits as meat or rabbits as fur, will be removed.

Sun, February 25, 2007 - 11:36 PMThank you so much for removing that post and advising the community of the purpose of this tribe. I was saddened, disgusted, and pretty mad that someone would post an article about rabbits used for meat.
My bunnies are my friends, my children, and my constant companions. That is the only way I want to think of rabbits. :o)
